Order Processing
All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in the Netherlands.
Orders placed before 2pm (local time) Monday-Friday are typically dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2pm or on weekends will be dispatched the next business day.
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Customs & Import Duties
For EU deliveries, all customs duties and VAT are included in the product price. For non-EU destinations, customers may be responsible for local import duties and taxes, which are not included in our prices.

We currently ship to EU member states and the United Kingdom.
