We want you to love your Icelandic Elements products. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. Simply contact us within 30 days of delivery, and we'll arrange a full refund.

In addition to our 30-day satisfaction guarantee, EU consumers have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of delivery, regardless of whether the product has been opened, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU.

How to Return

1. Contact our customer service team at support@icelandicelements.com
2. Provide your order number and reason for return
3. We'll provide you with a returns label and instructions
4. Pack items securely in their original packaging
5. Drop off at your nearest post office or collection point
6. Refund processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your return

Conditions

• For our 30-day satisfaction guarantee, products should be in their original condition where possible. Your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal applies regardless of whether the product has been opened.
• For change-of-mind returns within the statutory 14-day period, the cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless otherwise agreed.
• Damaged or defective products will be replaced at no additional cost.

Sealed Products — Right of Withdrawal Exception

In accordance with Article 16(e) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights, we are unable to accept returns of sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons where the seal has been broken after delivery.

This applies to all Icelandic Elements CBD oils (tamper-evident ring seal) and cosmetic products (protective foil seal). These products cannot be returned once the seal has been opened or broken, as they cannot be resold for health and hygiene reasons.

This does not affect your statutory rights. If you wish to return an unopened, sealed product within 14 days of delivery under your right of withdrawal, the seal must be fully intact and undamaged upon our receipt of the return. Products received with a broken or missing seal will not be eligible for a refund and will be returned to you at your cost.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive a defective product, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We'll send a replacement at no extra cost or provide a full refund, including original shipping charges.
